Do you accept pets?Certainly! We are happy to welcome your furry friends to our properties. However, please bring their habits with you (bowls, blankets, etc.) and avoid leaving them unattended. This precaution will help maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all guests and preserve the integrity of the furnishings. There is an additional fee of 50 euros per dog.

Are bed linens and towels provided?Alpine Escape apartments come equipped with everything you need for your stay, just like in a hotel. You'll find a comfortable bed already made, towels in the bathroom, and... even final cleaning is included in the price.

How can I pay?We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay the deposit via bank transfer or settle the reservation in cash upon arrival.

Is there a luggage storage?We do not have a luggage storage, and it's not possible to leave your luggage outside of the check-in and check-out hours.

Is it possible to check in early or check out late?This service is available upon request with an additional fee of 20 euros, subject to availability.
